i want to express my gratitude for the excellent service. zeynep, at the front desk, was particularly helpful. she arranged a quieter room on a higher level. i appreciated this since i was jet lagged from my flight.

It took four calls to get someone from reception to answer about an issue one evening. the problem was resolved later and everything was fine. the initial delay was frustrating. the mini bar contained half-drank bottles of beers.

The staff provided great service, particularly at breakfast. Amanda remembered my tea order. nisha was also attentive, providing gluten-free bread when requested. I really appreciated their attention to detail.

The hotel is conveniently located near two underground stations. Oxford street is easily accessible. a bus stop is very close, about 30 meters away. This provides access to stansted airport!

The breakfast was very filling, I must say! The room service was also great and timely. Renuka Tharun was especially friendly and helpful, so I appreciated that. The pillows were very nice. the bed was comfy.

i found the room spacious and clean. the breakfast offered a lot of variety and was of good quality. it had a wide range of opening hours that proved useful for early meetings.

i had to call multiple times to have my luggage brought to my room. i also experienced delays in getting someone to collect my luggage for checkout. reception was often unresponsive and required several calls to get an answer

location was excellent for getting around. the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when i needed directions. the room was cleaned daily, a service i greatly appreciate. they supplied complimentary water and coffees each day.

there only seemed to be two in operation , made getting to and from my room pretty slow. waiting became annoying.
